Payment And Cancellation Policies
Due to the very special nature of this event, the following payment and cancellation policies will be in effect for all reservations accepted.
- All participants are required to purchase a package. Individual Program Fee Registrations will not be accepted.

Due no later than 60 Days prior to arrival.

Prior To 60 Days Before Arrival
Are subject to a complete refund, less the $500 deposit to be held as a cancellation fee.
Inside of 60 Days Before Arrival
All reservations are non-refundable.
